ABOUT ME

Therese is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and intends to support her clients in cultivating more awareness and self-love. Therese’s approach is joyful, collaborative, and holistic. Therese meets clients where they are and is passionate about helping others to live in alignment with their values and authentic self.

Therese assists clients in becoming more centered and empowered in who they really are by offering gentle and clear guidance to work through challenges. She assists clients in exploring deeper layers of themselves through self-inquiry, learning skills to regulate the nervous system, connecting with intuition, mindfulness practices, meditation, and journaling.​

Therese utilizes a collaborative approach and believes in meeting clients where they are. Therese integrates therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and attachment therapy, and humanistic and mindfulness practices, and provides trauma-informed care.

Therese’s previous experience includes working with children, families, couple’s, and adults in various mental health agencies, group homes, addiction treatment centers, community colleges, and with those experiencing homelessness.
