Our virtual therapy services provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples,
and families struggling with various mental health issues. Our team of licensed therapists is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions in California  including anxiety counseling, depression therapy, trauma therapy, addiction, attention deficit disorder, entertainment industry-challenged grief and loss, and relationship issues.

Other than this, we offer cognitive behavioral therapy, teletherapy services, mental health counseling, mindfulness therapy, grief counseling, anger management, and therapy for teens.

At our California  therapy services, we take a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to support our clients in achieving lasting healing and personal growth. Our
therapists employ evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness,
dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. It helps clients gain a deeper
understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to quality mental health treatment, which is why we offer online therapy near me and virtual therapy sessions to enhance accessibility. Our primary goal is to make therapy more accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or circumstances. We did this in two ways:

Our virtual therapy practice in California  accepts insurance and offers sliding scale rates to address cost barriers. We aim to make our online therapy sessions more accessible to those searching for “online therapy near me.” By accepting insurance, we hope to broaden access to quality online therapy.

Our team of skilled and compassionate therapists in California share the same values and approach to therapy.

We offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Our therapy services strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore
their emotions, learn coping skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and being. We are committed to helping our clients build resilience, improve their mental well-being, and live their best life.

Frequently Asked Question

All you need to do is reach out to us. You don’t need to know your diagnosis or treatment goals before contacting us. This is often part of our initial work together. If you’re not sure if therapy is right for you, we’ll gladly provide a brief, initial phone consultation to address any questions you might have.

Many therapists don’t work with insurance companies. The good news is that Best Life Therapy does accept insurance! We’re In-Network with Optum/United Health Care, Aetna, and First Health Insurance plans. We also accept and are in network with UMR, Oxford, Motion Picture Insurance (MPI), Nippon, Meritain, Moda, Sutter Health, GEHA, and Blue Shield/Magellan. Best Life Therapy is also a contracted provider with CalVCB (Victims of Crime).

Best Life Therapy is considered out-of-network with all other insurance providers. However, you can still use your out-of-network benefits. To do this, you pay the fee directly at the time of service, and we will provide you with a monthly “super bill” to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement towards your out-of-network deductible. It’s best to talk with your insurance provider about using out-of-network benefits.

Studies have shown that virtual therapy is just as effective as meeting in person. It’s up to you which one feels right. One of the biggest indicators of successful therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist. We have many highly qualified and caring therapists to help you find the perfect fit.

You can only be prescribed medication by a doctor. The same is true for medications used to treat mental health conditions. In this case, you would need to be treated by a medical doctor. At Best Life Therapy, we do not prescribe medication but work with patients who are taking medication under the care of a doctor.

No, you can choose whatever space is most comfortable for you. Online therapy provides location flexibility. You can meet from your home, office, car, or any other safe and confidential location.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. It includes related costs, like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can ask your healthcare provider and other professionals for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
