ABOUT ME

Brittney is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a dedicated and compassionate passion which lies in helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges and develop a sense of well-being. Brittney utilized various therapy approaches that are centered around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. Brittney believes that every person’s experiences and struggles are unique, therefore, she employs a personalized, client-centered approach to tailor her interventions to meet the clients needs.

Brittney specializes in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, reality therapy, and trauma-informed care. Through her focus on empathy and openness, Brittney ensures that you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout our work together.​​

Brittney works with individuals and couples who are experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, identity issues, addiction, life transitions, personality disorder, and relationship issues. Brittney has experience working with teens, college students, adults, veterans, and older adults.​
