ABOUT ME
Ife is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with extensive training and experience in holistic, integrative, and evidence-based practices. Passionate about creating supportive and liberating spaces, Ife works primarily with people of color, women, and mothers, providing compassionate care during pregnancy and throughout the motherhood journey. Ife’s approach incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Parts Work (IFS), and Psychodynamic/Attachment therapy.
