ABOUT ME
Brittney is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a dedicated and compassionate passion which lies in helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges and develop a sense of well-being.

Brittney works with individuals, teens, and couples who are experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, identity issues, addiction, life transitions, stress, personality disorders, and relationship issues. Brittney meets clients where they are at and employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and provides trauma-informed care. Through her focus on empathy and openness, Brittney ensures that you feel heard, valued, and supported.
Brittney is a supporter and ally to the LGBTQIA+ and BIOPIC communities and aspires to empower individuals on their unique journey and commitment to ongoing growth.
