ABOUT ME

Annie is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who believes in helping her clients discover and appreciate their own strengths in order to achieve self-acceptance, self-love, and ultimately a more fulfilling life. Annie believes in meeting people where they are and utilizes a personalized approach in order to cater to her clients unique needs and desires. Annie is dedicated to helping her clients develop and accomplish their goals, but believes the journey is where we can ultimately learn the most about ourselves and our world.​

Annie knows first-hand how beneficial therapy is and prioritizes acceptance, openness, and security in the therapist-client relationship. Annie has experience and training in multiple evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and provides trauma-informed care. Annie specializes in helping individuals and teens work through challenges related to anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, stress, attachment and family of origin issues. Annie also works with hopeful parents and new parents on issues related to parenthood, pregnancy and the postpartum experience.​

Annie has experience working with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds, cultures, and populations. Annie is an ally and supporter of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. She is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and affirming therapy to all adults, adolescents and families.
